All orders ship from the US.
Domestic Shipping
Shipping and handling charges will be automatically calculated and added to your order based on the total weight of your order. You will have a chance to review your final estimated shipping and handling charge prior to the completion of your order. A minimum shipping charge of $9.95 applies to each shipment.
Upon checkout, you will have the option to ship via FedEx SMart Post, Ground, 2 Day or Standard Overnight.
International Shipping
If shipping outside of the US, additional import obligations and costs are associated. For business purposes, check with your company’s International Trade Compliance contact(s) to ensure the appropriate review and approval is conducted prior to ordering. For personal purposes, be prepared to work with the courier (FedEx, UPS, etc.) to clear customs and pay for any additional costs to import.
If an international package is refused for any reason, The Impress Depot Store will not refund the customer for the merchandise or shipping & handling charges. The Impress Depot Store does not pay for return shipping when the package is abandoned internationally.

Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the merchandise within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (less shipping charges) on un-worn, un-washed garments. Refer to the Returns & Exchanges form (included with your shipment) or email info@impressdepot.com. For all customer choice returns, a 10% re-stocking fee will apply.
Returns are processed within 2-4 weeks of receipt. Credit will be issued against the purchasing card. Custom orders and clearance items are non-refundable. Follow the guidelines on the Returns & Exchange form included in your shipment. For additional details email info@impressdepot.com.
